Description

This solicitation is for the removal and disposal of medical waste from Health Care Units within the State of Hawaii's Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. The contractor must have a current Solid Waste Permit issued by the Hawaii State Department of Health and be able to provide services to all facilities in the state. The contract is for a 12-month period with options to extend and requires all-inclusive pricing including Hawaii General Excise Tax.
