Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular : FAC 2026-01 March 13, 2026.
The Chillicothe VAMC requires performance-based services to ensure machines, equipment, and related components are properly stopped, isolated from hazardous energy, and locked out before maintenance or servicing to prevent unexpected energization or start-up, in accordance with ANSI and OSHA requirements. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and services necessary to develop, implement, and annually review graphical Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures for all identified equipment.
