Description

This solicitation is for On-Call Concrete Maintenance services to be performed at various locations throughout the City of Irvine, County of Orange, California. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, and utilities necessary for concrete maintenance and related appurtenances. The contract requires the prime contractor to hold a valid Class A or C-8 contractor license and to have completed at least one similar three-year contract with a California public agency. The project is scheduled to commence in October 2026 and continue through June 30, 2027, with possible extensions.
