Description

MassDEP plans to contract with EarthSoft to extend the use of its existing license portfolio for EarthSoft's proprietary Environmental Quality Information System (EQuIS). The contract includes renewal of hosting and software maintenance services, as well as additional training and technical services to support MassDEP's full build-out and continued use of EQuIS. This contract renewal is critical due to MassDEP's ongoing obligations under federal law and significant investment in the EQuIS platform. The procurement process is managed through the Massachusetts COMMBUYS portal, and electronic quotes are accepted. The response deadline is September 17, 2026.
