Johnston County Department of Public Utilities is seeking qualification statements from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services related to hydraulic modeling and master planning for the County's water systems (East and West systems). The selected firm will enter into a five-year on-call agreement to maintain and update the water distribution system hydraulic model, develop plans to combine the East and West systems, provide water quality analysis, develop a master plan for system improvements, prioritize and estimate costs for improvements, and model fire flow for fire districts and ISO rating requirements.
