Description

The Tennessee Department of General Services is requesting bids for the School Turnaround Program Support for fiscal years 2027 through 2031. The program targets Tennessee schools performing in the lowest five percent based on three-year success rates, designated as Priority/Comprehensive Support and Improvement Schools (CSI). Qualified contractors with specialized knowledge and at least three years of experience in school turnaround will partner with Local Education Agencies and authorized Public Charter Schools to improve these schools. The State will award multiple no-cost contracts to establish eligibility for participation, while actual service contracts and payments occur between the LEAs/Public Charters and selected contractors.
