Robert O’ Toole Coaching and Consulting (ROCOC) provides executive level advisory and consulting services to guide the University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center in developing, updating, and executing an effective strategic and vision plan. The services include leadership development and direct hands-on sessions with the center's Director, CEO, executive leadership, and key stakeholders. This sole source procurement is justified by the unique expertise of ROCOC, which has extensive experience working with National Cancer Institute designated cancer centers.
