The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Miami, is soliciting quotes for the purchase of one mobile kitchen trailer to support workforce development and culinary arts training. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, FCI Miami - Procurement Details: - One (1) mobile kitchen trailer required - Vendors are encouraged to quote two configurations: - 24-foot trailer (Attachment A) - 28-foot trailer (Attachment B) - Only one configuration will be selected for purchase - Product Requirements (Key Features): - Trailer size: 24 ft or 28 ft, with side entry doors, concession window, and Department of Justice decal - Kitchen equipment includes: - 6 burner range with oven - Double convection oven - Double basket fryer (20 lb. for 24ft, 40 lb. for 28ft) - Flat griddle (36") - Tilt skillet (20 gal.) - Exhaust hood with fire suppression (ANSULS) - Prep table, steam table, warming cabinet - 3 basin sink with drain boards - Freezer and 2-door reach-in refrigerator - Water systems: - Fresh water tank, portable water hook-ups, hand wash station, gray water holding tank, on demand hot water heater - Electrical and HVAC: - 100 Amp / 220V single phase service, generator power, electrical panel, interior outlets, HVAC unit - Utilities: - Two propane gas tanks with service connections - Life safety: - Fire suppression system compliant with industry standards - Delivery Requirement: - Delivery to FCI Miami within 60 days after receipt of order - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All kitchen and utility equipment must be integrated into the trailer - Compliance with Department of Justice branding and safety standards - Vendors must quote both configurations; only one will be awarded - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; vendors may propose commercial solutions meeting the specifications

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 (DEV). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 15B30926Q00000006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for one (1) mobile kitchen. Two (2) separate configurations are attached; vendors are encouraged to provide quotes for both configurations however, only one (1) configuration will be purchased.
