Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is submitting an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance. This notice allows an additional 30 days for public comments on the extension without change of the currently approved eRequest Tool collection. The eRequest Tool is used by individuals or households to notify USCIS about case processing issues such as delays, missing notices, or typographical errors. USCIS uses the information to look up cases and determine appropriate actions in response to inquiries.
