The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that granted the complainant's unopposed motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation. This amendment adds AnaBio Technologies Unlimited Company of Dublin, Ireland as a respondent and terminates AnaBio Technologies, LTD. of Dublin, Ireland as a respondent. The investigation concerns certain coated confectionery products and components thereof, alleging violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 related to patent infringement.
