The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) submitted an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval regarding the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) Performance Measures. The program aims to support treatment and prevention of substance use disorder, including opioid use disorder, and reduce associated morbidity and mortality in high-risk rural communities. The ICR includes performance measures for new RCORP grant initiatives such as Northern Border Rural Workforce, Pathways, and Overdose Response programs. Comments on the ICR are requested by October 5, 2026.
