Description

The Department of Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide all labor to remove two existing dietary food tray, pot, and pan washing machines and associated condensate equipment and to furnish and install one new combination flight-type pot, pan, and food tray washing machine at the Chicago-Read Mental Health Center (CRMHC) located at 4200 North Oak Park Ave., Chicago, IL 60634. The contractor shall provide a complete turnkey installation including all labor, materials, tools, equipment, piping, wiring, conduit, ductwork, fittings, controls, permits, licensed trades, manufacturer support, testing, and documentation. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 10, 2026, at 10am at the CRMHC location. The procurement is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Mental Health Department.
