Description
The City of Orem is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers for the design, manufacture, furnishing, delivery, and technical support of a complete Phosphorus Control System for the Orem Water Reclamation Facility. The system will treat anaerobically digested sludge through controlled struvite precipitation to reduce ortho-phosphorus concentrations and support wastewater nutrient-removal objectives. The supplier will provide a fully integrated system including equipment, controls, installation support, commissioning, training, documentation, and warranty support. Installation will be under a separate contract, and coordination with the City and contractors is required. The project is anticipated to receive federal funding and is subject to federal procurement requirements.
