The selected firm will assist with purchasing, selling, and leasing real property, identifying potential properties for acquisition or lease, evaluating market conditions, and assessing the value and marketability of District-owned property. The contract is anticipated to be for one year with up to four one-year renewal options. The selection will be based on the highest score and negotiations will be conducted accordingly.
