Tompkins County Whole Health is seeking one or two qualified agencies to provide vocational services under Program Code 1380: Assisted Competitive Employment (ACE). The program targets adults 18 and older with serious mental illness who face barriers to employment, with preference for agencies experienced in serving justice-involved, unhoused individuals, and those with co-occurring substance use disorders. The contract term is from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2027, with two one-year extension options. Funding of approximately $127,926 is provided by the New York State Office of Mental Health, with renewals based on performance.
