Description

The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) issued a Request for Information (RFI) to gather information on Electronic Dental Record Solutions that could upgrade their current dental service systems. The RFI seeks entities with proven success in cloud-based dental practice record-keeping solutions, capable of maintaining records for approximately 3,000 unique individuals and having at least three current installations serving 10,000 individuals each. The solution must comply with various state and federal privacy laws, integrate with OPWDD's existing Electronic Health Record and imaging equipment, and provide functionalities such as scheduling, billing, e-prescribing, and quality assurance reporting.
