Description

This solicitation is for the felling and removal of approximately 10-15 dead trees, removal of a number of already felled trees, and cutting 1.5 acres of understory tree saplings and shrubs at Whirlpool State Park in Niagara Falls, NY. The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation estimates up to four workdays for the project and guarantees at least two workdays. The contractor will be paid for the number of full workdays worked. The contract term is for a one-time service starting November 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2026.
