Description

The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking to enter into a three-year contract for pest elimination services at the New York City Children's Center. The services cover three campuses located in Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. The contractor will provide integrated pest management inspections and pest elimination services twice weekly, targeting both indoor and outdoor pests. The contract term is from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2029, with specific service hours and pest groups detailed in the scope of work.
