Description

The City of Saguenay is soliciting bids for maintenance services of ski and walking trails in the Parc de la Rivière-du-Moulin for a duration of 3 or 5 winter seasons. The contract will be awarded to the lowest conforming bidder at the discretion of the client, with no obligation to accept the lowest or any bid. Bids must be submitted by September 21, 2026, either in person or electronically via SÉAO.
