Université Laval intends to conclude a negotiated contract with a service provider to offer theological training programs including certificates, bachelor's, and master's degrees in theology, pastoral studies, and biblical studies. The selected provider must have at least 10 years of experience in theological training, a qualified faculty with doctorates, and a well-stocked library with at least 10,000 volumes. The contract is expected to be awarded without competition under article 13 (4°) of the Public Bodies Contracts Law, believing only the specified provider can meet the needs. The contract period is from 2026 to 2031, with delivery regions including Capitale-Nationale and Montréal.
