Texas A&M University Athletics is seeking a qualified partner to provide and operate special effects services for all home football games at Kyle Field and other athletic events. - Government Buyer: - Texas A&M University, Athletics Department, Procurement Services - Contact: Jessica Gossett - Products & Equipment Requested: - Six CO2 Cryo Jet Heads (with hoses and tanks) and two 8ft truss systems per event - Two high-output fog machines per event - Two on-field pyro flame effect boxes with custom A&M branding, battery operated, wireless, moisture resistant, and safe for playing field - Two licensed technicians (pyrotechnics and flame effects) on-site per event - Services Requested: - Provision and operation of CO2/Cryo/Fog effects, pyrotechnics, confetti, and fireworks for football and other athletic events - Postgame pyro musical firework show (minimum one game), with pricing options for 3, 5, 8, and 10-minute durations - Unique Requirements: - Vendors must have at least 10 years of NCAA Division I FBS/FCS experience - Must carry $10 million liability insurance - All equipment and effect changes require prior approval - Technical spec sheets and MSDS required for all products - Walkthroughs with Athletics staff are mandatory - Vendors must own twice the amount of gear used per game for redundancy - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract term is five years with annual review and negotiation
