Delaware Technical and Community College (DTCC) is seeking professional services from qualified insurance carriers and/or third-party administrators to provide a comprehensive Vision Benefits Program for eligible employees and their covered dependents. The College intends to award a contract to the proposer whose proposal represents the best overall value based on the evaluation criteria in the Request for Proposals.
