The Town of Halton Hills is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and implement a modern, fully integrated Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) municipal ticketing, adjudication, and online payment solution. The solution will support the Town's end-to-end municipal enforcement processes, including ticket issuance and management, screening and hearings, online payments, mobile enforcement, customer self-service, reporting and analytics, and financial reconciliation. The contract duration is estimated to be 120 months. The procurement is conducted under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
