The Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC) is seeking qualified proponents to design and develop provincially owned apprenticeship technical training materials and assessments for the Construction Electrician, Industrial Mechanic (Millwright), and Carpenter trades. Deliverables must align with each trade's current Red Seal Occupational Standards and Guide to Course Content requirements, applying established andragogical approaches. The materials include comprehensive learning materials, instructor guides, assessments, and supporting documentation. SATCC will retain ownership of all resulting materials and intellectual property, and proponents may submit proposals for one, two, or all three trades, including collaborative proposals.
