Description

This project aims to implement a modern, automated audio visual and streaming solution for the Council Chamber that is reliable, easy to operate, and delivers consistent performance regardless of network traffic or staff availability. The upgrade will address issues such as unreliable streaming, network congestion, operational dependence on specific staff, and lack of standardization and automation. The new system will provide a stable, low-maintenance platform supporting transparency and public engagement through dependable remote sessions, live streaming, and recording of Council meetings.
