Description

Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) is establishing non-exclusive, multi-supplier Standing Offer Agreements for the supply of specialized law enforcement goods and services for use by Halifax Regional Police (HRP). This includes tactical equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), duty gear, training equipment, firearms-related accessories, and associated inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, cleaning, fitting, training services, and other operational requirements. Multiple suppliers will be awarded Standing Offer Agreements under this solicitation. The Standing Offer term is five (5) years with an estimated contract duration of 60 months.
