This project involves the renovation of an office space to meet the needs of the clinical program(s) as outlined in the Functional Program. Only Construction Management (CM) firms prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects >1M or Non-Acute Care Projects >$1M may respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a Construction Management (CM) firm not already prequalified for Acute Care Projects >1M or Non-Acute Care Projects >$1M. A mandatory site visit is required as detailed in the posting documents.
