Description

The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to support the implementation of a regional Emergency Support Services (ESS) volunteer recruitment and retention campaign. The campaign aims to increase awareness of ESS, attract new volunteers, strengthen volunteer engagement and retention, and enhance volunteer capacity within priority teams. The consultant will be responsible for translating provided information into campaign materials, developing a delivery plan, coordinating activities, and supporting recruitment and retention objectives.
