Office Furniture Refurbishment and Installation for U.S. Space Force 3 TES Front Office

The U.S. Space Force at Schriever Space Force Base is seeking vendors for a comprehensive office refurbishment project for the 3 TES front office area. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Space Force, 3 TES (Test and Evaluation Squadron), 50 CONS LGCP, Schriever AFB, CO - Scope of Work: - Removal and disposal of existing executive desks, tables, bookcases, and couches - Delivery and installation of new modular office furniture, including: - Benching stations (brown laminate, blue fabric panels, built-in electrical outlets) - L-shaped and rectangular executive desks (adjustable height, cable penetrations, under-desk storage) - Task chairs (black, mesh, adjustable arms) - Cubicle walls and L-shaped cubicles (blue fabric, gray metal trim) - Storage units and executive chairs - Disassembly and disposal of old furniture (DRMO or discard) - Project management, warranty, and function checks - Products/Quantities: - 14 benching stations - 10 L-shaped cubicles - 3 executive desks (L-shaped and rectangular) - 21 task/desk chairs - 1 executive chair - 1 cubicle standalone wall - Unique Requirements: - Furniture must meet specific color, material, and electrical specifications - Installation in a restricted area with security and safety protocols - Vendors must comply with small business and nonmanufacturer rules - Both contractor and manufacturer must be small businesses - Project includes delivery, installation, and cleanup - Manufacturer warranty required - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are provided; vendors must quote based on SOW specifications. - Vendors are responsible for technical and pricing proposals, and must provide manufacturer details if reselling products.

Description

This is a new requirement to procure office furniture (cubicles, desks, chairs, and cabinets)  and install it on Schriever Space Force Base. Additionally, to replace old carpet/flooring with new carpet/flooring and cove base. Important details listed below, but please see the Solicitation Document for FULL instructions and details. 

Site Visit: 10 September 2026 at 9:00 AM MT. You must contact the listed point of contact on this solicitation no later than 09 September 2026 at 2:00 PM MT that you or a representative of your company will be attending and/or need access to base. 

RFIs/Questions: Due no later than 14 September 2026 by 9:00 AM MT. 

Solicitation Quotes: Due no later than 21 September 2026 by 9:00 AM MT. 

Nonmanufacturer Rule: The manufacturer the vendor resells/deals the product for, the vendor must provide the manufacturer's company name and manufacturer's UEI/CAGE code. Failure to meet the nonmanufacturer rule may result in the vendor being deemed ineligible for contract award. (Page 16, point g). 

The contractor must be a small business. The manufacturer, if one is utilized, must also be a small business.
