The Air National Guard Readiness Center at Joint Base Andrews is seeking a contractor to deliver, install, and maintain a cable television distribution system integrated with its existing Haivision streaming infrastructure. - Government Buyer: - Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC), Joint Base Andrews, Maryland - National Guard Bureau (NGB AQ-C-Air), Department of Defense - OEM Highlight: - Haivision referenced as the required compatible streaming system - Products & Equipment: - 12 professional-grade cable boxes or CODECs compatible with Haivision - Cabling, connectors, amplifiers, racks, mounts, and support hardware - Services Requested: - Design, installation, integration, and maintenance of cable TV system - Continuous, high-definition commercial television programming (up to 12 channels) - Ongoing technical support, repair/replacement, and 99% uptime requirement - All necessary licenses and retransmission rights for content delivery - Unique Requirements: - Integration with Haivision IPTV system - Delivery of unencrypted IP streams - Installation within two weeks of award - Base 12-month subscription period with four 12-month option years and a 6-month extension option - Core channel package must include major national, financial, local news, and weather channels

Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, licenses, and retransmission rights necessary to deliver continuous, high-definition (HD) commercial television programming to the existing Haivision distribution system. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
