THIS RFQ WILL BE EVALUATED BASED ON LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE METHODOLOGY

Looking to source single crystal diamond plates with the following specifications:

SC Plate CVD 4.5x4.5mm, 0.5mm thick, P2 quantity 30 Electronic grade SC Plate 2.0x2.0mm, 0.5mm thick quantity 20 Next Generation Electronic grade SC Plate 4.6x4.6mm, 0.5mm thick quantity 20

Please review all applicable documentation and provide a proposal response no later than 3:00 PM CST September 9, 2026.

Within your proposal, please include:

a fully executed copy of the ANL-70 Request for Quotation a fully executed copy of the ANL-70A reps and certs the country of origin for the quoted items
