(sole source manufacturer of booth) - KwiKool (manufacturer of environmental control unit) - Products Requested: - Mobile Composite Lay Up Booth (Model: C1-PB-234012-S, 23x40x12 feet) - Quantity: 1 - Includes air conditioning unit (25 ton), exhaust air filtration, inflatable structure, air handling ducts, delivery, set-up, and training - Environmental Control Unit (KwiKool KPO12-23) - Quantity: 1 - Services Requested: - Assembly and installation of booth and environmental control unit - System startup and commissioning (electrical safety checks, airflow measurement, operational testing) - Quality assurance and acceptance (structural verification, test logs, manuals, training sign-offs) - Unique Requirements: - Only new, genuine OEM parts from Clayton Associates, Inc. accepted; no substitutes or alternates allowed - All parts must have clear traceability to Clayton Associates, Inc. - Booth must serve as a clean-room for sensitive composite layups and coatings - Compliance with OEM specifications and safety approvals required - Delivery requested by December 1, 2026; FOB destination terms preferred

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 70Z03826QB0000220 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 333413. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This is a restricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a Sole Source basis to Clayton Associates, Inc. as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. All parts must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Clayton Associates, Inc. (Cage Code: 0C1P4). Traceability means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from an OEM approved source.

Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.

NO SUBSTITUTE OR ALTERNATE PARTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.  ONLY NEW PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
