The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Special Operations and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate (WI), including the Special Operations and Personnel Recovery Division (WIS) and the Capabilities Development Office (CDO), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, will use this Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to solicit solutions for specific future requirements. Specific requirements will be announced through individual Problem Statement Calls, each of which will include detailed submission instructions and response requirements. This CSO may result in awards under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 or through Other Transaction authority. This CSO does not obligate the Government to award a contract or other agreement for any supply or service. The Government is not requesting proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. No funding is currently available under this CSO.

This AFLCMC WIS and CDO CSO is open for a 12-month period ending 3 September 2027. The Government will review the CSO annually to determine whether to renew it.
