Turnkey Nitrogen Generation System Installation for Fire Suppression at F.E. Warren AFB

The U.S. Air Force at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, is seeking a contractor to provide and install turnkey Nitrogen Generation Systems for dry pipe fire suppression in five dormitory buildings. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 90th Civil Engineer Squadron, FA4613 90 CONS PK office at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming - Products and Services Requested: - Five Nitrogen Generation and Maintenance Panels to replace existing air-compressor systems - Installation, calibration, and commissioning of nitrogen systems, including wiring alarms to Fire Alarm Control Panels - Safe disconnection and disposal of legacy air compressors and associated hazardous materials - On-site operations and maintenance training for facility personnel (up to two hours) - Delivery of product data sheets, shop drawings, O&M manuals, "As-Built" schematics, and an Impairment Plan - Technical Requirements: - Nitrogen systems must maintain at least 98% nitrogen purity and comply with NFPA 13 and NFPA 70 standards - NICET certification and factory-trained installer proof required - Compliance with EPA, environmental, and fire codes - Notable Requirements: - Turnkey solution including design, installation, testing, and commissioning - Contractor must provide certified technicians and submit hazardous materials authorization requests - Training and documentation deliverables required - Total small business set-aside under NAICS 238220 - 45-day period of performance from award date - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mentioned; offerors must propose compliant solutions

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

This is a combined synopsis for the Purchase and Install of Nitrogen Systems at Multiple Facilities at FE Warren AFB, WY.
