Chatham County is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified non-profit, for-profit, and governmental service providers to implement Thinking for a Change, an evidence-based cognitive behavioral program within Chatham County. This program is designed to reduce recidivism by addressing criminogenic thinking patterns among youth under the custody and/or supervision of the Court. Proposals must be submitted online by September 22, 2026. A pre-proposal conference will be held via WebEx on September 3, 2026, to discuss specifications and answer questions.
