Description
The Contractor shall furnish all qualified labor, supervision, equipment, replacement equipment, parts, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, testing equipment, refrigerant handling, disposal, and incidental services necessary to perform HVAC maintenance, diagnostic, repair, and replacement services for the Refuge Headquarters Building and Public Use Building in accordance with Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW).
