Description

The City of McAllen is seeking proposals for the design, construction, delivery, and operational readiness testing of a comprehensive upgrade of the video surveillance and access control systems at the McAllen International Airport. Due to the sensitive nature of the project, a fully executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required prior to accessing Security Sensitive Information (SSI) documents and attending the Pre-Submittal meeting. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's bidding portal by October 21, 2026. A mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held, with details provided after NDA receipt.
