The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) Southern Operating Centre is seeking proposals for Contracted Logistics Support (CLS) for a fleet of FORD RANGER vehicles, TSD 1/2 ton trailers, and miscellaneous light vehicles across multiple European countries. - Government Buyer: - NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), Southern Operating Centre - OEMs and Vendors: - FORD (Original Equipment Manufacturer for vehicles and parts) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive and corrective maintenance for: - 34 FORD RANGER Double Cab XL vehicles - 5 FORD RANGER Double Cab XLT 2.0L vehicles - 29 TSD 1/2 ton trailers - Warranty management and quality assurance - All maintenance to be performed by FORD OEM certified workshops - Spare and repair parts must be new, non-refurbished, and sourced from FORD; alternatives only with approval if OEM parts are unavailable - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide timely support to minimize fleet downtime and ensure operational readiness - Compliance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality standards - Services delivered through a network of certified local service providers - Strict health, safety, and environmental compliance - Customer satisfaction evaluation required - Project management, reporting, and validation of services - Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience and provide evidence of FORD OEM certification for all service providers

Description

This solicitation is for the provision of Contracted Logistics Support (CLS) services for a fleet consisting of FORD RANGER vehicles, trailers, and miscellaneous light vehicles. The contractor will manage preventive and corrective maintenance through a network of FORD OEM certified service providers located across various European countries.
