The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), under the LD - Communications, Air and Missile Defense Programme, is seeking proposals for Oracle hardware and support services for delivery to Ukraine. - Government Buyer: - NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) - LD - Communications, Air and Missile Defense Programme - OEM Highlight: - Oracle is the sole OEM for all hardware and support services requested - Products Requested: - Oracle Storage Drive Enclosure DE3-24C (P/N 7600485), fully populated with twenty-four 7.68TB SSDs (quantity: 2) - Hardware warranty period of 2 years - Services Requested: - Three years of Oracle Premier Support for the new DE3-24C enclosures (quantity: 2) - Three years of Oracle Premier Support extension for existing Oracle Database Appliance X10-HA hardware (quantity: 1) - Support must be provided directly to the End User in Ukraine via accredited Oracle Field Delivery Service Partners (FDSP) - Delivery & Support Requirements: - Hardware delivered DAP NSPA Capellen, Luxembourg, with final destination Ukraine - Support services delivered onsite and online in Ukraine - Vendor Requirements: - Bidders must be Oracle Partners with an active Oracle Partner Network Agreement and Oracle Public Sector Addendum - Compliance with VAT exemption documentation for Ukraine - Notable Requirements: - Support start date may be deferred up to 2 months from hardware delivery - All support must be provided by accredited Oracle FDSPs

Description

This procurement involves the provision of Oracle hardware and support services. The scope includes the supply of Oracle Storage Drive Enclosure hardware and activation services for Oracle Premier Support for the hardware and existing hardware. The hardware is to be delivered DAP NSPA Capellen, Luxembourg, with the final destination being the End User in Ukraine. Support services are to be provided directly to the End User in Ukraine via accredited Field Delivery Service Partners. Bidders must be Oracle Partners and comply with detailed bidding instructions and contractual terms.
