This opportunity is for the upgrade and support of a Chromatic RX Flow 7000 3D printer at Hill Air Force Base, led by the 809th Maintenance Support Squadron RAPID Innovation Center. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 809th Maintenance Support Squadron RAPID Innovation Center, Hill AFB - OEM Highlight: - Chromatic 3D Materials is the sole-source OEM for the RX Flow 7000 printer and related components - Products Requested: - RX Flow 7000 3D printer upgrade hardware and software - Tip wipe (C3DM-00005, Rev A), tip setter + purge calibration fixture (C3DM-00002, Rev A), tip stabilizer with LEDs + tip changer (C3DM-00004, Rev A), touch probe (C3DM-00003, Rev A) - Minimum 100 print tips - Minimum 14.4 liters of Chromaflow 70 industrial grade 3D printing plastic elastomer - Software compatible with Windows 11 or newer - Services Requested: - Technician installation of hardware/software and configuration files - Standard engineering support (5 hours/month) - Training for at least six trainees over two days at Hill AFB - One-year warranty covering defects, system performance, and software updates - Unique Requirements: - Sole-source justification due to proprietary rights of Chromatic 3D Materials - Training must enable independent operation of the printer - Warranty period starts from final acceptance - Consumables and support tailored to additive manufacturing and flexible parts capability
