Erie County is seeking bids for the replacement of gutters, fascia, and soffit at county facilities. - Government Buyer: - Erie County Division of Purchase (Contact: James Kucewicz) - Scope of Work: - Removal and replacement of approximately: - 348 linear feet of 7-inch seamless commercial aluminum gutters - 116 linear feet of 3" x 4" aluminum downspouts - 40 linear feet of 1 x 6 fascia boards (pressure-treated or exterior-grade lumber) - 348 linear feet of prefinished aluminum fascia wrap - 348 linear feet of aluminum soffit (vented or solid, color coordinated) - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, permits, and cleanup - Products/Services Requested: - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; materials must meet specifications for heavy-gauge, prefinished aluminum and pressure-treated/exterior-grade lumber - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with NYS Prevailing Wage - MBE/WBE participation commitment - Performance and bid bonds required - Insurance and safety certifications (including confined space program) - Public bid opening at Erie County Office Building, Buffalo, NY

Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of gutters, fascia, and soffit. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the existing gutter system, downspouts, fascia, and soffit as specified. Bidders must download the bid specifications and submit bids in sealed envelopes. The bids will be publicly opened by the Division of Purchase of Erie County, New York.
