Description

The Fire Department of New York (FDNY) intends to enter into negotiations with Vanguard Direct, Inc to provide ongoing hosting, licensing, upgrades, maintenance, and technical support for the ARCS hosted predictive dialer system and mobile application. The contract term is five years. Vanguard Direct, Inc is identified as the sole authorized provider of support services for the proprietary ARCS software used by the FDNY. Interested firms are invited to respond to this Request for Information by September 24, 2026.
