Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Regina Public Library (RPL) invites proposals for information technology (IT) consulting and support services. The contract is intended to be a two-year agreement with the possibility of up to three one-year extensions, for a maximum of five years. The services include escalated troubleshooting, remote or onsite assistance, vendor liaison, technology advice, solution architecture, IT governance, AI governance, readiness assessments, change management, project assistance, and skills development support for RPL's IT team.
