Description

This RFQ is restricted to firms from any NATO Participating Countries (32). The purpose of this RFQ is to award a contract for a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) tool to NATO Office of Strategic Communications (OSC). The tool will enable NATO OSC users to conduct research, community management, analysis, and assessment of content creator partnerships. It aims to expand NATO OSC’s network of content creators and report on existing partnerships in detail and speed.
