The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to provide and bi-weekly servicing of 10 outhouses during the hunting seasons from September 14th, 2026, through November 30th, 2026, within Roseau River Wildlife Management Area in Roseau County. The solicitation requires electronic submission of bids through the Swift Portal, with no email or faxed responses accepted. The unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax.
