The software provides secure remote services for public safety and other county remote environments, supporting mission critical services to all Gwinnett County citizens, including Emergency 911, Water Resources, Parks and Recreation, Animal Welfare, and Community Services with a total of 2,385 endpoint devices county-wide. The bid must reflect the total cost and include a quoted percent discount off MSRP. Gwinnett County does not pay late fees and requires service providers to waive such charges.
