Description
This solicitation is for the construction of approximately 6.32 acres of retail and commercial exterior plaza and parking site improvements. The scope includes civil improvements such as site grading, earthwork, utilities, retaining walls, trash enclosures, cold storage buildings, porter shed, pavement, street improvements, curb and gutter. Landscape improvements include hardscape, flatwork, walls, fencing, gates, planting, irrigation, and site furnishings. Additional work includes a water feature with koi pond and associated systems, site lighting and electrical infrastructure, and site signage including a corner monument wall and directional signage. The project requires a Class A license and specific qualifications related to experience and financial capacity. The project is subject to a Community Workforce Agreement with union labor requirements.
