Description

This solicitation is for semi-annual preventive maintenance services for the existing security camera and access control systems at 686 Discovery Drive, Huntsville, Alabama. The contractor will perform inspections, cleaning, testing, firmware/software updates, and system health checks on Speco-brand CCTV cameras and DVRs, as well as WinDSX access control points. The service period is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with two scheduled visits per year. The contractor must provide maintenance reports, system health confirmations, and recommended repairs or improvements after each visit.
