Description
Lubecore is requested as the sole-source provider for parts, service, and support of the automatic lubrication systems currently installed on the City of Fort Myers' sanitation vehicles, street sweepers, and other heavy equipment. Continued use of Lubecore ensures compatibility with the existing systems, maintains standardization across the fleet, and provides access to specialized parts and technical service. This standardization helps reduce equipment wear and downtime while protecting the City's existing investment in Lubecore equipment. The City intends to negotiate and award a contract with Lubecore under the authority of Florida State Statute 287.057(3)(c) without a formal solicitation process.
