Description
The 119th Wing (NDANG) in Fargo, ND is conducting market research under FAR Part 10 and FAR Part 12 to identify capable commercial sources (both Small and Large businesses) for a complete turnkey UPS replacement.
The purpose of this notice is to determine overall market capability and to identify potential Small Business sources (including 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB) for acquisition planning purposes. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information. All interested parties are encouraged to respond.
The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and licensed electrical services to:
Deliver and install a new scalable UPS system in Building 542. Complete startup and connected-load testing. Disconnect, remove, and haul away/recycle the existing Eaton 9155 UPS and two external battery cabinets off-site.
